Beach Volleyball Coaching

Vic Beach Volleyball has coaching available for all levels. We cater for first time beginners right through to elite players. No matter what your goal, whether it be to enjoy a new sport or to push yourself as far as you can go, we can provide the right coaching for you.

Vic Beach has a proud history of bringing the best players and coaches in Australia to Victoria including 3 time Olympian Julien Prosser, Gold Medalist Kerri Pottharst (pictured) an most recently, the Olympic Gold and Bronze medal Coach Steve Anderson

Peter 'Chico' Jones

For years Chico has been, and he still is one of the premier beach volleyball players in Australia. With volleyball experience which goes back more than twenty years, and includes playing in Europe,Asia and America, Chico’s has much experience to draw from.  Chico has ranked as high as second in Australia.

He has coached for 20 years including VIS, Vic Juniors and Seniors, been a VVI Mentor Coach and over 1000 hours of recreation level.  Chico's coaching is invaluable to every player - no matter what their level.

Mondays 500-630pm:  AA/AAA Women
Mondays 630-800pm:  AA/AAA Men
Thurdays 500-630pm: AA/AAA Men
Thursdays 630-800pm: AA/AAA Women
Saturdays 930-1100am: Beginner/Intermediate Men & Women
Saturdays 1100-1230pm: AA/AAA Women
Saturdays 1230-200pm:  AA/AAA Men

Cost: $15/adult, $10/student (6-pak cards included)

Private Sessions are available by appointment.  $50/individual or $60/team.

Greg Jury

Located in the state of the art centre in Geelong, Greg has been one of Australia’s top players for nearly ten years. His experience includes playing through Europe and Asia on the World Tour circuit. He was voted the best server in Australia twice and has won the Victorian Open a number of times. As one of the best players to play for Australia, Greg's coaching and enthusiasm is second to none.
